1. Eligibility

You may view the Site and share links to it for non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or create derivative works of any Site content without our prior written permission.

The Site links to external websites, including those of our products (MCQForge.com and any future product domains). We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third-party site, and your use of those sites is governed by their own terms.

5. Disclaimers

The Site is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of harmful components.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rimon Labs will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Site.

Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Site will not exceed one hundred US dollars (USD $100).

7. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Rimon Labs, its officers, employees, and agents from any claim or demand (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of your breach of these Terms or your use of the Site in a manner that violates any law or the rights of another.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Site at any time, for any reason, without notice. Sections 3, 5, 6, 7, and 9 survive termination.

9. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Rimon Labs LLC is organized, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in that jurisdiction.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected in the “Last updated” date. Continued use of the Site after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
