Refund Policy

This Refund Policy describes the principles that apply across all Rimon Labs products. Each product (MCQForge.com and our upcoming products) may have additional product-specific terms — those are linked at the bottom of this page and prevail in case of conflict.
We aim to be fair and predictable. If something feels wrong about a charge, email billing@rimonlabs.com and we’ll look at it personally.
1. Free plans and trials
If a product offers a free plan or trial, you may stop using it at any time at no cost. No charges apply during the free period, and there is nothing to refund.
2. Paid subscriptions
Rimon Labs products are billed on a recurring monthly or annual subscription basis, depending on the plan you choose.
Monthly plans
- You may cancel at any time from your account dashboard. Your access remains active until the end of the current billing period.
- We do not pro-rate refunds for partial months.
Annual plans
- Annual plans receive a discount in exchange for the longer commitment.
- You may request a refund within 14 days of your initial annual purchase for a full refund, minus any usage-based fees and payment-processing costs.
- After 14 days, the annual plan is non-refundable. You may still cancel renewal at any time; access remains until the end of the paid period.
3. Usage-based and add-on charges
Some products include usage-based fees (for example, AI credits, message volume, additional seats). These are non-refundable once consumed, except where required by law.
4. Eligible refund situations
We will issue a refund in the following cases, regardless of plan type:
- The product was charged but never delivered or accessed due to a verifiable issue on our side.
- Duplicate or accidental charges.
- Charges resulting from unauthorized access to your payment method, once verified.
- Where required by applicable consumer-protection law in your jurisdiction.
5. How to request a refund
Email billing@rimonlabs.com within the applicable refund window and include:
- The product name (MCQForge.com, or the slot if your purchase predates a stealth product’s launch).
- The account email used for the purchase.
- The approximate date of the charge and the last four digits of the card (if applicable).
- A short reason for the request.
We typically respond within 2 business days and process approved refunds within 5–10 business days. Funds may take additional time to appear on your statement, depending on your payment provider.
6. Disputes and chargebacks
If you believe a charge was made in error, please contact us first. Filing a chargeback before contacting us may result in immediate account suspension while the dispute is resolved with your card issuer.

In case of conflict between this policy and a product’s billing page, the product-specific terms govern for purchases of that product.
8. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected in the “Last updated” date. Subscription terms in effect at the time of your purchase apply for that billing period.
